unclean bedsheets tissue absence
the location SUITED my needs perfectly.
the cleanliness was SUBSTANDARD. i observed that bedsheets were not changed during my four-night stay. staff refused my explicit request for fresh linens AND there were no tissues available when needed.

the owner clive was very helpful. he provided useful recommendations. parking was available, a definite bonus for me. the room had a good-sized fridge and a lovely shower.
i requested fresh bedsheets . the staff unfortunately refused to provide them.

the hotel's location is great near the south pier. you only needed to look down the road to see the sea. it was quiet at night which was nice.
